A worker in DaVinci Resolve.
In the background.
Give a worker a job in DaVinci Resolve, in plain words. It works while you keep working, and checks each step.
How it works
Brief a worker for DaVinci Resolve.
Versions
Every version rendered and named. You keep working.
List the versions once: lengths, formats, names. A worker queues them in DaVinci Resolve, waits for your go, renders each one and checks the list before it reports back.
In DaVinci Resolve
What a worker does in DaVinci Resolve.
What a worker can do in DaVinci Resolve depends on the task.
In the background
Your cursor stays yours.
The worker uses DaVinci Resolve in the background while you keep working. Your mouse and keyboard stay yours, and you can stop it at any time from the Braus app.
How the background worksYour go first
You stay in charge.
It checks each step and tells you what it checked or what it could not. It won’t delete, send or quit anything without your go, and you can stop it at any time.

Frequently asked questions
What can a worker do in DaVinci Resolve?
In DaVinci Resolve, a worker imports media into the Media Pool; adds each timeline to the Render Queue with your preset; names every render the way your delivery list asks; checks the queue with you before it starts a render. What a worker can do in DaVinci Resolve depends on the task.
Can I keep working in DaVinci Resolve while it works?
Yes. The worker uses DaVinci Resolve in the background while you keep working on your Mac. Your mouse and keyboard stay yours.
Does anything happen without my go?
A worker checks each step and won’t delete, send or quit anything without your go. You can stop it at any time from the Braus app; stopping does not undo changes it has already made.
Which model does the worker use?
None to start: Braus comes with its own models, Braus Flash and Braus Pro, on every plan (Braus Flash on Free). You can still connect Claude or ChatGPT in the Braus app, or drive Braus from your agent over MCP: Claude Code or Codex.
What do I need?
Braus on a Mac with macOS 15 or later, DaVinci Resolve on the same Mac, and a Forte account, free to create.
